We specialize in tape in extensions, bundles, and wigs. The Lash Technician performs eyelash extension installs, lash cleaning, lash removal, and lash refills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Maintaining relevant licenses and ensures licenses are available for display where services are provided, • The ability to perform a wide range of hair therapies, following Nimah Beauty Bar protocols, including:, • Updo and Blowout, • Hair extension installation, • lash extensions for various styles and removals, • Seasonal services, new launch specials and promotions, • Obtaining client health history through the use of intake forms and/ or addendums, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with clients on recommended treatments, intake forms should be returned to the front desk by the end of each shift, • Displaying a professional, positive, outgoing, energetic and respectful attitude towards clients and coworkers at all times, • Recording detailed notes for all clients in the computer, within 48 hours of appointment date, including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations used and treatment preferences and any notable client information, • Actively and regularly participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns and assigned tasks to grow business, create repeat client requests and meet sales and retail goals, • Stay up-to-date and educated on retail lines and products and proactively promote these products to salon clients, • Attending and participating in departmental trainings and salon staff meetings, • Presenting a polished, professional image at all times, • Maintaining correspondence with clients, including writing thank you notes and other treatment follow up communications to develop and retain repeat clients, • State Cosmetology License, • Must have a minimum of three years of experience behind the chair, • Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Must be able to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift, • Sensitivity to unnecessary waste of product and a willingness to act to reduce waste, • Must be able to hear so as to effectively understand customer’s needs Visit our website at Www.shopnimahhair.com Nimah Hair LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
