Qualifications • Formal training and/or proven experience in pastry or bakery., • Fluent French preferred to preserve authenticity and share genuine French expertise., • Workshops are taught in English, so strong English communication skills are essential., • Excellent teaching ability, strong communication skills, and a passion for sharing your craft., • Organized, autonomous, and a reliable team player., • Previous experience in culinary instruction or teaching is a plus.
