Location & Schedule - Must be located within 1-hour commute of our primary office (ZIP: 10027) - Minimum 20 hours per week (flexible schedule) - Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and service volume Primary Responsibilities: ❖ Studio Management ➢ Set up and maintain professional studio equipment including lighting, background, and camera systems ➢ Coordinate talent scheduling and studio access ➢ Manage studio productions to ensure timely deliverables and adherence to timelines ➢ Provide professional guidance and feedback to studio talent ➢ Collaborate with the Accessible Media Services (AMS) Coordinator on project requirements ➢ Submit recorded productions to the AMS Coordinator ➢ Assist with post-production editing (preferred) ❖ Marketing Assistant ➢ Write professional content for blogs, website, and email campaigns ➢ Create and edit videos ➢ Provide captioning for both English and ASL content ➢ Draft detailed image and video descriptions for accessibility ➢ Design graphics and marketing materials Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace environment.
