The Director of Design will work closely with senior executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Oversee all aspects of the Design Teams operations, including onboarding, scheduling, time-off approvals, and employee evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals., • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the design department, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while promoting accountability., • Collaborate closely with the Directors of Fabrication, Project Management, and Technical Operations to ensure accurate timelines, deliverables, and clear documentation for installation projects, ensuring all projects meet their schedule and deadlines., • Oversee the Design Manager, ensuring they effectively manage the day-to-day activities of the design team (including drafters, mechanical designers, and lead designers), and support their efforts in maintaining project timelines and quality standards., • Lead client meetings and design reviews to discuss, approve, and guide project designs, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards., • Manage the department's budget, track financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities to align with organizational targets., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, and represent the department in leadership meetings and decision-making processes., • Prepare and review bid packages, ensuring accurate alignment between design needs and fabrication capabilities., • Identify and implement improvements in design processes, stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and integrating new technologies to increase efficiency., • Ensure that safety and compliance processes are current and consistently applied, working with the Safety and Compliance Administrator., • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the department and company. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (Technical Theatre, Engineering), or equivalent professional experience., • Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical design, with strong proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly Autodesk Inventor, and knowledge of Revit, Rhino, or Solidworks., • Proven experience in senior management role, preferably as a director or similar position, with demonstrated leadership and team development skills., • Experience working in a fabrication environment and managing both new installation projects and retrofits., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members., • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines., • Experience with budget management and financial reporting, including identifying cost-saving opportunities., • An ability to stay current with industry trends, implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve design processes., • Knowledge of modern set construction techniques and/or live entertainment technology., • Enthusiastic and passionate about projects and processes, with a high level of integrity and professionalism., • Willingness to work beyond 40 hours per week when project demands require, including weekends and evenings as necessary., • Ability to show authorized to work in the United States upon hire. Location: Henderson, NV (Hybrid in office M,W,F) Hiring wage range: $25.08-$35.44 per hour Hiring rate will depend on qualifications and experience Primary duties include: • Record keeping and plan administration for existing clients., • Document generation and maintenance., • Assist with processing transactions originating from 401(k) employer payroll contributions., • Process account maintenance forms and transactions originating from participant exchanges, distributions, and loan requests., • Reconciliation of 401(k) account balances., • Assist department with IRS and Department of Labor tax reporting., • Provide sales and customer service support to current and prospective clients., • Provide assistance to other departmental staff as needed., • Provide ongoing maintenance and customer support for personal trust accounts including answering customer service calls, cutting checks from accounts, supporting clients with ongoing support per the direction of each trust document Position Requirements: • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, • At least one year of experience working with 401(k) plans and be familiar with any 401(k) Administration software, • Prior experience with ERISA plans allowing immediate support of 401(k) plans, • Prior HSA experience, or willingness to learn HSA regulations within 6 months, allowing support of HSA plans at the end of six months of employment, • Must have access to reliable internet connection when working outside of the office, • Computer proficiency – experience with Apple products is a plus, ability to master employer plan recordkeeping systems within 3 months is required, • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; excellent accuracy and attention to detail, • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively, • Desire to obtain FINRA SIE, 7 and 63/66 within 9 months of employment, • Ability to obtain ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals Certificate, or equivalent industry certification, • Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment requirements such as a logic test, background and credit check, drug screening and reference check. Job Description In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long. Summary The Shift Leader is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities while on duty. The Shift Leader will work with the restaurant management team to ensure all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan. They will ensure all Team Members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations. Duties The Shift Leader supervises fellow coworkers while they work, monitor their performance, ensure they comply with company and safety policies, and delegate tasks appropriately. In addition, they: • Follow the steps outlined in the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills, duties, and responsibilities, • Communicate to their immediate supervisor when additional training guidance and practice is needed, • Effectively and consistently does required Ops Walks and Q&A checks to correct areas of opportunity, • Organize shift schedules for Team Members and monitor attendance, tardiness and time off, • Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills, • Understand how each job responsibility impacts guests, employees, and overall restaurant operations, • Use specific kitchen machinery/equipment such as ice cream dispensers, fryers, warmers, etc., • Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy, • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the uniform policy, • Provide direction/supervision/ feedback for Team Members to maintain levels of high productivity and team morale, • Train new and current team members on tasks, • Balance cash drawers and prepare cash deposits as assigned by the restaurant management team, • Abide and enforce to the rules and direction given by the restaurant management team Job expectations The Shift Leader performs leadership, management and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift.
