Job Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) ensures that TruFusion Las Vegas studios deliver an exceptional and well-rounded member experience by overseeing both operational excellence and sales performance. The AGM plays a critical role in driving studio success by balancing day-to-day operational tasks with sales and service goals. This position requires strong leadership skills to develop and manage a talented team while fostering a member-centric environment. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence • Partner with the General Manager to oversee studio operations, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for all members and guests., • Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to maintain efficiency and consistency across all shifts., • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards., • Work closely with the Maintenance and Cleaning teams to address and resolve operational issues promptly., • Monitor and report on key operational metrics to ensure studio performance aligns with TruFusion standards.Leadership Excellence, • Assist the General Manager to hire, train, and develop all Front Desk team members to deliver exceptional service and embody the TruFusion brand., • Cultivate team members’ skills through continuous feedback, assessment, and coaching to ensure a high-performing, motivated team., • Implement and oversee ongoing training to ensure Front Desk team members are well-equipped to handle both sales and operational responsibilities., • Lead by example to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive team culture., • Manage team performance, engagement, and personnel matters effectively.Sales Management & Personal Sales, • Drive membership growth by leading new sales efforts, including package memberships, EFT, retail, and any studio-specific sales offerings., • Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Director to develop business plans, review sales numbers, and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets., • Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for Front Desk team members., • Develop, execute, and coordinate local studio marketing activities to generate new business and enhance brand visibility., • Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, and text outreach, ensuring proper onboarding for new members., • Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.Member Experience, • Partner with the General Manager to deliver a best-in-class, member-centric experience that meets the needs of all guests and members., • Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly., • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and motivating staff., • Strong member-centric focus, with the ability to build lasting relationships with members and staff., • Excellent organizational skills to execute and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently., • Professional communication skills to interact effectively with members, guests, and team members.Minimum Educational Level/Certifications, • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification from an approved organization.Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications, • 2-4 years of experience in sales or operational management, with fitness industry experience required., • Experience leading teams of 10+ employees., • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing studio operations. Key Responsibilities: • Complete onboarding and training requirements to perform clinical trial visits, • Provide availability, confirm visit acceptance, communicate with clinical trial/program participant/patient, • Prepare for the clinical trial visit by gathering supplies and equipment, testing the equipment, verifying expiration dates and determining visit readiness, • Travel to location of clinical trial/program participant, • Perform clinical trial visit activities within NP scope of practice such as (but not limited to):, • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories, • Venipuncture, • PK Collection, • Centrifuging, processing of blood, preparations for shipment, • Specimen collection, • IV catheter insertion, • Screenings, • Questionnaires, • Vital Signs, Height, Weight, • Adverse events collection, • Perform post visit data uploads/submissions as required, • Communicate with project team for any issues with may arise or concerns during visit, • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program., • Current Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP, AGNP, or specialty certification) and state licensure., • Experience and knowledge of working in clinical research trials preferred, • Attention to detail and highly organized, • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to complete detailed data, • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, • Technology savvy This position requires NP travel to the location of the study/program participant/patient.
