Position Overview: As a key member of our team, the Office Assistant will help manage day-to-day operations, including vendor coordination, office tasks, and more. Key Responsibilities: • Tenant and Vendor Communication: Assist with handling phone calls and emails from tenants, vendors, and service providers, providing top-tier customer service and addressing inquiries., • Document Management: Draft, format, and distribute tenant notices, lease abstracts, service agreements, and other property-related documents., • Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on work orders and coordinate with maintenance teams for efficient service delivery., • File Management: Maintain both electronic and physical files for leases, contracts, and other important property documents., • Administrative Support: Assist other administrative staff as needed with office tasks such as filing, organizing, and general support. Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Commercial real estate experience is preferred., • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once., • Comfortable working in a small office environment, adapting to a variety of tasks., • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion., • Reliable transportation for commuting to the office., • A positive, proactive attitude and works well in a environment., • Proficiency with all Microsoft office products.
