This position involves a combination of front and back-office responsibilities, requiring someone who is detail-oriented, patient focused, and ready to make a difference. Duties and Responsibilities: * Arrive ahead of the first patient to prepare the clinic and ensure all exam rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready. * Demonstrate understanding of the food dosing strategy and patient plans. * Prepare patient consents and complete chart prep within required timeframes. * Prepare food challenge vehicles for each visit. * Prepare patients for visits, acquire and document vitals, and communicate with providers to ensure an organized patient flow process. * Assist providers with patient schedules and clinical needs. * Maintain a safe food allergy environment by ensuring proper food dosing, reporting errors, and following protocols during patient exercise activities. * Monitor and maintain emergency rescue medication and equip rooms with appropriate supplies. * Measure food doses, as needed. * Verify food dosing and manage supplies received from the Food Lab. * Complete the Food Preparation Checklist weekly. * Perform diagnostic testing, such as skin testing and pulmonary function testing. * Maintain patient records using appropriate applications. * Complete and maintain front and back-office skills and performance competencies. * Complete other duties as assigned.
