As the Office and Account Coordinator at Fusion Dance Centre, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of families, responding speedily to all customer issues. As one of our most visible representatives, you are the Director of First Impressions! Your 6-star customer service will help us to foster happy and loyal customer relationships for years to come. This is an in-person position. Must be available to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3-8 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am-1:30 pm from September-June, with varying summer training hours based on availability in July and August. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
