Job Description Delivery Coordinator / Automotive Product Specialist As vehicles are getting more and more technologically advanced and customer service is becoming even more critical, Mohawk Auto Group is in need of a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to assist our clients in a professional and dynamic delivery process. The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding assignments, objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses., • Communicate in's and outs of vehicle to customers, • Expert in all facets of vehicle information and features, • Assist sales department in sales process, • Provide customers with all vehicle information required by manufacturer, • Ensure all vehicles have fuel, required stickers/buyers guide and are in good condition, • Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum, • Ensure inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information, • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications • Available to work flexible hours & weekends, • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s, • Fantastic communication skills with customers, • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance., • Ability to work in all weather conditions, • Valid driver's license with good driving record
