Job Description Overview We are currently seeking a Marketing Intern to join Primo Brands this summer in Tampa, FL. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business management / marketing execution, contributing to the planning of 2027 marketing activations, and helping to build our innovation pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to build brands that matter, while owning projects that will contribute to personal development and business performance. Duration: Tuesday, May 26, 2026 – Friday, July 31, 2026. Must be available for orientation during the first week (5/26 – 5/29), final project presentation during the last week (7/27 – 7/31) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/1 – 7/24, excluding unpaid company holidays (Friday, 6/19 & Friday, 7/3). Any known absence must be communicated in advance to the Recruiter, Internship Program leaders and the Hiring Manager. Schedule/Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 30 - 40 hours per week during the 10-week program. Ability to work in office 3 – 5 days per week based on individual team schedule (likely Tuesday – Thursday). Remote work days and overtime hours must be approved in advance by your Manager. Eligibility: Ability to commute to the Primo Brands Headquarters in Tampa, FL throughout the program. Some travel may be required, including overnight. Current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, advertising, analytics, or a related field preferred at an accredited institution. Junior undergraduate standing preferred; motivated candidates at other academic levels will also be considered. This internship is designed as a paid professional experience and does not include academic credit. Compensation: $24.00 / hour Responsibilities Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support paid media planning, campaign execution, and weekly performance tracking across active marketing programs, helping identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities., • Pull, organize, and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support reporting on campaign, customer, and category performance., • Conduct consumer, and market research to help inform campaign strategy, promotional planning, and future marketing recommendations., • Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams to coordinate deliverables, maintain timelines, and support execution across media and brand initiatives., • Assist in developing presentations, recaps, and recommendation summaries for team reviews, leadership discussions, and end-of-month readouts., • Contribute to creative and messaging development by helping draft briefs, organize inputs, and ensure work stays aligned to brand guidelines and business objectives., • Help audit campaign assets, product information, and marketing content across key platforms to improve consistency, accuracy, and readiness for activation., • Participate in weekly team and agency meetings to learn how strategy, analytics, creative development, and execution come together inside a large marketing organization., • Own a summer capstone project tied to a real business question, culminating in a final presentation with findings and recommendations.
