Position Overview The Customer Service Associate serves as a primary point of contact for dental offices and partners. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate case processing, and proactive support throughout the lifecycle of each dental case. This position requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries, • Provide accurate information regarding case status, turnaround times, and services, • Enter and update case information in internal systems with precision, • Coordinate with production teams to resolve case-related questions or issues, • Support order intake and verify prescriptions for completeness and accuracy, • Track and follow up on cases to ensure on-time delivery, • Assist with resolving client concerns in a calm, professional manner, • Maintain organized records of client communications, • Support shipping coordination and confirm delivery timelines, • Build and maintain positive relationships with dental offices Required Qualifications • 2+ years of customer service experience, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • High attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or case management systems, • Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a dental laboratory, dental office, healthcare, or manufacturing environment, • Familiarity with dental terminology, • Experience working with production or order-based workflows What Success Looks Like in This Role • Clients receive timely, accurate, and professional communication, • Case information is entered correctly with minimal errors, • Issues are resolved efficiently and proactively, • Dental offices feel supported, valued, and confident in BioTec’s service Why BioTec Dental Laboratory At BioTec, we believe service excellence builds long-term partnerships.
