Job Description About this role: The Integrated Account & Project Manager (IAPM) is the single-threaded owner of both the client relationship and the successful execution of assigned events. This role combines sales account management, project management, and financial accountability into one end-to-end position, ensuring clarity, accountability, and margin protection while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role eliminates handoff friction between sales and production by assigning one accountable owner from initial engagement through post-event closeout. CORE OBJECTIVES • Own the client relationship from project engagement through repeat business, • Convert client needs into clearly defined, profitable scopes of work, • Deliver events on time, on budget, and to quality standards, • Protect and maximize project margin while maintaining client satisfaction, • Serve as the single point of accountability internally and externally KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship & Revenue Ownership • Serve as the primary and sole point of contact for assigned clients, • Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor, • Identify, propose, and close upsell and enhancement opportunities, • Manage client expectations, approvals, and escalations, • Lead client meetings, site visits, and post-event debriefs, • Develop event concepts and production approaches aligned with client goals, • Create detailed proposals, quotes, and outcomes-based scopes of work, • Ensure pricing accuracy, margin targets, and scope clarity, • Secure signed contracts and approved change orders, • Own the full lifecycle of event delivery from planning through strike, • Develop production plans, including floor plans, timelines, and logistics, • Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, technical, creative, operations), • Assign crews, equipment, and vendors as required, • Lead pre-event production meetings and onsite execution, • Own project-level P&L performance, • Track costs, labor, rentals, and vendor expenses, • Ensure accurate invoicing, billing reconciliation, and payment collection, • Balance client satisfaction with disciplined cost control, • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports, • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety requirements, • Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvement, • Lead cross-functional teams through influence and clarity, • Set expectations and provide direction to coordinators and technicians, • Model professionalism, accountability, and service excellence, • Client satisfaction and repeat bookings, • Project margin and budget adherence, • On-time, on-scope delivery, • Revenue growth within assigned accounts, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, • 4–7+ years experience in event production, account management, or related field, • Strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and event logistics, • Proven client-facing experience with revenue responsibility, • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience, • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, • Decisive, organized, and comfortable in high-pressure environments WE OFFER: * Competitive salary based on relevant experience and job knowledge * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays * 401k Plan VOX Productions is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
