Job Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Restaurant General Manager - Operating Partner position in Salt Lake City, UT should meet the following criteria: • Proven experience in restaurant management or operational leadership roles., • Strong knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) management, cost control, and cash flow oversight., • Proven results in driving catering sales and year over year growth in catering sales., • Excellent managerial skills with experience in hiring, training, and coaching diverse teams., • Demonstrates exceptional guest relations capabilities, with a commitment to creating positive dining experiences., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under high-pressure environments., • Familiarity with food safety standards and employee safety protocols., • A positive, can-do attitude with a natural ability to lead and inspire teams. Key Responsibilities As Restaurant General Manager - Operating Partner, you will oversee all operations at our Salt Lake City, UT location. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Managing and directing 25-50 employees, along with 2-5 assistant and shift managers., • Overseeing restaurant operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability., • Analyzing financial data, managing operational budgets exceeding $4 million, and maintaining precise cash flow systems., • Handling food inventory, ordering, and receiving restaurant supplies., • Conducting training, orientation, and team development initiatives to foster a high-performing staff., • Supporting guest recovery processes and promoting consistent sales growth., • Ensuring adherence to food safety standards while managing the safety committee., • Actively participating in guest relations by delivering food and addressing customer inquiries., • Planning and executing corporate promotions, marketing rollouts, and initiatives., • Leading new hire orientation, managing employee records, and maintaining compliance with HR standards., • Assisting with new store openings and collaborating with the Area Director on strategic initiatives., • Upholding brand standards to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience.
