This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who values clinical autonomy, strong compensation, and a clear path to ownership—without corporate pressure. The practice offers a guaranteed $300,000 compensation package, flexible scheduling with the ability to start part-time and transition into full-time, and a fast-track opportunity to become a Principal Partner.
