At ___, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and SLUCare represents the ___, known for leading-edge care and groundbreaking research. ___is actively seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant for a PRN/Fill-In opportunity. A competitive hourly rate will be offered along with malpractice insurance coverage, but no other benefits. Preferred qualifications: • Interventional Radiology procedural experience preferred, • Surgical PA with vascular surgery, wound care or hospitalist/ICU background, • Master's Degree from a nationally accredited physician assistant program, • Certified physician assistant in the State of Missouri or ability to obtain, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive patient-provider relationships, • Inpatient focused with procedures with some outpatient clinic, • Work 3-4 shifts per week with an anticipated volume of 10-15 patients per day, • Procedures include venous access, PICC lines, mid lines, arterial lines (vascular access) & ports, • Minor bedside procedures (catheter and suture removals) Our facilities: SLUCare's more than 600 faculty, other academic medical professionals, and staff are now a dedicated academic physician division within SSM Health – St. Louis and continue their work as researchers and educators.
