As a Senior Recruiter you have extensive experience with high-volume, full cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a lead member of the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and operational support to the Talent Acquisition Team. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the field of marketing; nonprofit and/or arts strongly preferred. • Experience with the following platforms (or similar platforms, indicating the ability to learn these): Asana for cross-channel marketing calendar management; Sprout Social for scheduling social media content; Constant Contact for email marketing; and platforms/programs including Canva, iMovie, and Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of static and video assets. • Experience with website CMS and CRM is strongly preferred as well as competency with Microsoft Office. • Experience working with media relations and external partners., • Excellent sense of design and impeccable attention to detail., • Passion for the arts and artists; knowledge of Queens and NYC cultural sectors strongly preferred. • Experience working with immigrant communities is a plus. Responsibilities may include: • Brainstorming and developing video ideas for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms., • Creating content strategies and planning engaging videos., • Assisting with storytelling and developing creative concepts., • Filming videos using provided cameras, smartphones, and other equipment., • Applying basic filming techniques, including camera angles, lighting, and visually appealing content creation., • Editing videos for YouTube, reels, shorts, and social media platforms., • Adding captions, transitions, graphics, and other editing elements., • Ensuring content matches the brand’s style and audience., • Helping establish a consistent content schedule and social media presence. Types of content may include: • Lifestyle videos., • Business and entrepreneurship content., • Restaurant eating out and experience videos., • Interviews and media-related content., • Personal brand content., • Short-form social media videos., • Other creative projects developed collaboratively with Cherry. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience creating social media content or managing their own social media platforms, particularly a YouTube channel., • Understands YouTube content creation and audience engagement principles., • Is proficient in filming and editing videos., • Has knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar., • Possesses experience with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools (experience is a plus)., • Demonstrates creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for storytelling and strategizing., • Understands branding, marketing, storytelling, appealing content creation, and editing., • Is interested in digital media, branding, entertainment, and content creation.
