Job Description Summary/Objective In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources (HR) functions at the facility. The primary purpose of this position is to direct the Human Resources department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator, and to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained, and employed at the facility consistent with facility policies and procedures.
