The CRM Production Specialist is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing high-volume email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple footwear brands. This role owns end-to-end campaign production—from template/HTML builds through QA, scheduling, and send—while also maintaining automated lifecycle programs (welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, and win-back). You’ll partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution, run A/B tests to improve performance, and monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance. This role is based out of our New York City office and reports to our Senior Manager, CRM on our current hybrid schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote. The Senior Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of eCommerce brands.
