About the Job The JFS Clinical Therapist provides counseling and therapy to JFS clients weekly through individual, family, and group interventions. This role includes delivering client-centered social services, education, and professional services in a collaborative community setting and linking clients to integrated services and community resources that address their individual needs. The therapist will have the opportunity to collaborate with and provide consultation and other behavioral health services to our on-site educational and social programs. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities: Essential functions: • Counseling: Perform on-site and/or remote telehealth counseling services to Jewish Family Service clients, in accordance with agency policies. JFS serves clients across the lifespan and from a variety of identities and backgrounds. Interventions may include individual, couple, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention.?, • General Direct Service: Provide additional social services to clients as needed, such as advocacy, service linkage, referrals, and collaboration with other providers. Maintain knowledge of current resources in the Greater Austin area., • Collaboration: Partner closely with fellow JFS and Shalom Austin staff to serve the needs of clients and community. Participate meaningfully in meetings, trainings, and supervision and offer coverage for JFS team members when needed., • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain professional and timely documentation of services in an electronic medical record, including but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required. Track and use program-related data to enhance service effectiveness.?, • Community Outreach and Education: Collaborate with other institutions and professionals in the Jewish community, and in the Austin mental health and social services network. Engage in ongoing outreach and community engagement through implementation of psychoeducation, community events, collaboration, and networking. Supervisory responsibilities: No direct reports; interested and qualified therapists may have opportunities to clinically supervise graduate student interns or associate-level clinicians. Work environment: Perform in-office and/or remote telehealth social services, in accordance with agency policies. For those working remotely, a private space is necessary to maintain client confidentiality. Physical demands: Must be able to meet routine office physical demands including climbing stairs and possessing the dexterity and vision to operate office computers and equipment. Position type and expected hours of work: full time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, attend occasional organization events and programs occur on evenings and weekends, as requested. No overtime offered. Job Description Position summary: Maas Verde is seeking a creative, nature-loving Horticulture & Communications Intern to bridge the gap between our field operations and our digital community. This isn't your average "desk-only" internship. You will be tasked with capturing the heart of landscape restoration and native plant advocacy, translating technical horticulture work into engaging stories for our blog and social media channels. The ideal candidate is either a Horticulture student with a flair for storytelling or a Communications major with a deep-seated passion for Texas ecology and sustainable land management. Job Responsibilities: • Content Creation and Storytelling: Visit active project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of our restoration work, native plant installations, and “before and after” landscape restorations., • Blog Management: Write 1-2 weekly articles for the Maas Verde blog. Topics may range from “Spotlight on Texas Native Plants” to deep dives into our restoration methodologies and sustainability tips for local landowners., • Social Media Coordination: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. This includes creating reels, managing our social media content calendar, writing engaging posts that create engagement and builds community within our audience., • Brand Advocacy: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with Maas Verde’s mission of ecological stewardship and professional excellence., • Educational Research: stay up to date on local environmental trends, native plant species, and landscape restoration news to ensure our content is both accurate and industry leading., • Must be 18+ years or older and currently enrolled in a degree program pursuing a degree in horticulture, botany, communications, marketing or any related field., • A “green thumb” for media which includes proficiency in social media channels, plus basic knowledge of social media algorithms and trends. Job Description Position Purpose: The Vice President of Multifamily Operations will lead a team of Regional Property Managers and serve as a key member of the organization’s multifamily leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving results through effective leadership, operational excellence and financial insight, by collaborating closely with management across the organization to ensure strategic goals are achieved. Responsibilities include creating, implementing, and managing all aspects of the property operations function, while promoting the organization’s vision and values. This role is responsible for coordinating and leading the execution of operationally focused programs that drive performance throughout the year, including team leadership and development, resident programs and satisfaction, revenue and expense management, and asset management within the portfolio. Based in either Denver, CO or Austin, TX, this role will be responsible for leadership and performance of portfolios in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
