Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 11 P.M. – 7 A.M. Responsibilities: Use hand tools to repair paint and plaster damage. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to repair buildings. Install water and gas lines, sewers, pipes, vents, ducts, wires, and fixtures. Use hand tools to repair damaged plaster walls, molding, and other damaged surfaces. Be able to bend, cut, and fit pipes. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, lighting, carpentry, drywall, plastering, painting, door/lock repair, etc. Knowledge of building systems including, boiler & HVAC systems, electrical & plumbing systems, fire protection systems, security/access systems, elevators, BMS, etc. A successful candidate should be a team player, career-oriented, reliable & accountable with a willingness to learn. Proactive & responsible with the ability to inspect the property and recognize & address issues before they arise while always conducting themselves in a professional manner. Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment, quickly and thoroughly become familiar with the property, procedures/protocols & building systems. Assist with supervising contractors/vendors, tenant issues & all other building-related issues while performing all assigned tasks. Enforce and uphold all building protocols, rules, and regulations. Advising clients on skincare and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens. Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests. Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products. Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment. Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions. Ceasing treatment and informing supervisor in the event of inappropriate guest behavior. Esthetician Requirements: State licensure to practice as an esthetician. Proficient in performing all applicable treatments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner. Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds. Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Monitor alarm panel, take necessary action relative to the alarms, keep records and prepare reports. Maintain the appearance of the work environment. Painting and cleaning will be required as necessary. Must work from a 40-foot ladder. Performs related work as required. Qualification Requirements High School Diploma (5) years’ experience in a related technical field or acceptable technical training. Must exhibit an understanding of electricity, process piping and combustion engines and the ability to work with tools.
