Our expanding portfolio includes four distinctive brands – Birdies, Taft, Journee and Vance - that combine creativity, quality, and innovation — and we’re just getting started.About the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketing Leader to own and scale our digital acquisition and retention strategy. This person will analyze performance across Shopify, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive measurable sales growth across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and retail dropship channels.The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative — deeply fluent in digital metrics and optimization tactics, while also collaborating closely with our creative team to inform high-performing content and campaign concepts.Key Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of performance marketing across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels., • Manage and optimize advertising spend to deliver on ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth goals., • Partner with creative and brand teams to translate insights into data-informed creative briefs and campaign strategies., • Analyze and synthesize data from Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to uncover insights, opportunities, and trends., • Develop and manage a performance dashboard and provide regular reporting to leadership on channel performance and spend efficiency., • Oversee relationships with external media agencies — and evaluate the opportunity to build in-house capabilities over time., • Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, sales, and product teams to align growth initiatives and inventory priorities., • Drive acquisition and retention strategies focused on DTC and retail dropship sales (no Amazon)., • Test and scale new platforms and tactics to stay ahead of digital performance trends.Qualifications, • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce growth roles., • Proven track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns with strong ROI., • Expertise with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other key performance tools., • Deep understanding of data analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization., • Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with creative teams., • Experience managing agencies and/or building internal digital teams., • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Success in This Role Looks Like, • Sustainable month-over-month growth in DTC and dropship revenue., • Measurable improvements in ROAS and CAC efficiency., • High-performing creative, informed by testing and insights., • Clear performance visibility through robust data reporting., • Free gym memberships and monthly massages, • Access to Impact Suites for mental health support, • A fully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks, • Recreational break areas and a dog-friendly workspace
