Job Description Job Summary The Ready-Mix Plant Laborer provides hands-on support for daily plant operations, assisting with production, routine maintenance, and general housekeeping. This position plays an important role in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient plant operations. The Plant Laborer works closely with the Batch Operator, drivers, and other team members to support the overall production process and ensure reliable delivery of quality concrete. This position requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities 1. General Plant Support • Assist with daily production activities and plant operations., • Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning work areas., • Ensure materials and supplies are organized and stocked for efficient operation., • Assist with loading, unloading, and handling raw materials and aggregates as directed. 2.
