    Swig is looking for an Employee Experience Generalist to provide day-to-day Human Resources support with a primary focus on employee relations, compliance, and risk management. This position partners with leaders to address employee concerns, support performance management, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure consistent application of Swig policies and employment practices. The role also assists with EEX initiatives and administrative responsibilities while helping maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. This is a full-time temporary position anticipated to last approximately six months. How You'll Make an Impact: • Serve as a resource to leaders and employees regarding employee relations matters, Swig policies, and employment practices., • In partnership with EEX Business Partner, investigate employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues, documenting findings and recommending appropriate resolutions., • Partner with leaders to address performance concerns, corrective actions, coaching, and employee separations., • Provide guidance on the consistent application of Swig policies while helping minimize organizational risk., • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation related to investigations, disciplinary actions, and other employment matters., • Assist with unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other employment-related requests., • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Swig policies., • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal and Operations, on employee relations and compliance matters as needed, • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and manager resources, • Support additional EEX projects and initiatives as assigned. What You'll Bring to the Role: • Knowledge of employee relations principles, employment law, and Human Resources best practices., • Ability to conduct thorough and objective workplace investigations., • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills., • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management., • Experience supporting multi-location operations is preferred., • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred. How You'll Make an Impact: • Supply Chain Data Management & Integration:, • Ensure supply chain data in systems such as order management, pricing, and inventory tools is accurate and compliant with agreements., • Support project management initiatives integrating supply chain processes with internal and external stakeholders., • Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as new responsibilities and processes are defined in the Supply Chain group., • Work with distributors to manage proper phase in/out of inventory. * Supply Chain Auditing:, • Audit and continuously monitor supply chain pricing to ensure correct costs to restaurants., • Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to correct any pricing inaccuracies., • Ensure order guides and the Swig store list are accurate and up to date., • Partner with Finance on end-of-month reporting. * Data Auditing & Credits:, • Input and maintain accurate supply chain data in systems., • Update LTO forecasting data and execute weekly data pulls for external forecasting tasks., • Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure correct supply chain information.Work with final mile distribution partners, stores, and Finance to ensure credits owed to Swig are properly managed., • Process invoices for the company and franchise owners accurately, identifying and communicating issues., • Learn and apply pricing compliance and audit functions as needed., • Supply Chain Tools & Reporting:, • Maintain store lists and item lists in supply chain systems., • Manage reporting from Sysco and update supply chain systems accordingly., • Monitor and update project management tools, including ticketing boards and CHR inventory workbooks., • Research Operations and Supply Chain questions and respond with urgency and accuracy using Swig tools., • Resolve Freshdesk tickets through order platforms and supply chain systems., • Leverage supply chain tools to identify root causes of issues and implement corrections efficiently., • Post and review feedback from Supply Chain groups regarding LTOs and reporting accuracy., • Ensure products are stocked in our final mile network and investigate items that have changed to non-stock status for appropriate action. What You'll Bring to the Role: • Eagerness to start a career in supply chain, operations, or data analytics., • Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work independently., • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn supply chain and analytics tools., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to audit, monitor, and interpret supply chain data., • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stores, distribution partners, and Finance., • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy., • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred; relevant internships or coursework a plus., • No prior professional experience required, though 0–2 years in supply chain, analytics, or operations is helpful. This role will support franchise site review, real estate analytics, transaction coordination, and pipeline management across both franchise and corporate development projects. This position is a great opportunity for someone early in their real estate career who is highly organized, analytical, and excited to grow within a fast-paced retail development environment. How You'll Make an Impact: • Source and evaluate prospective drive-thru, end-cap, and freestanding retail opportunities for corporate expansion, • Review franchisee-submitted site packages and ensure all required information is complete and organized within SmartSheets., • Present site recommendations and market strategies to executive leadership, • Underwrite prospective deals including rent structure, occupancy cost, TI allowances, and ROI projections, • Negotiate Letters of Intent, leases, amendments, and purchase agreements with landlords and developers, • Coordinate and review market analytics including demographics, psychographics, traffic counts, and trade area data through Seaker and other platforms., • Assist in preparing site analysis summaries, REC presentations, and recommendations for leadership review., • Partner with Construction to ensure site feasibility and prototype compatibility, • Maintain accurate records of franchise site communications, approvals, and decisions., • Support lease tracking and compliance efforts to ensure alignment with Swig standards and timelines., • Assist in managing corporate development deals from LOI through lease execution and handoff to construction., • Maintain and update real estate pipeline tracking documents and reporting tools., • Monitor portfolio performance and lease economics across new and existing units, • Coordinate communication between brokers, landlords, legal counsel, internal stakeholders, and the Real Estate team., • Manage broker relationships and cultivate landlord/developer networks in target markets, • Track and communicate important dates, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across Construction, Finance, and Operations teams., • Help ensure projects move efficiently through the development process with organized documentation and proactive follow-through. What You'll Bring to the Role: • 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail development, brokerage coordination, analytics, project coordination, or a related field preferred., • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred., • Internship experience in commercial real estate, development, or analytics will also be considered., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools preferred., • Familiarity with retail site analytics platforms such as Buxton, Placer, Seaker, or similar tools is a plus., • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a high-growth organization.
