Summary (Scope of the Job) Cotton Holdings Inc. is actively recruiting for a Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience working for a large in-house or agency creative department with a strong portfolio containing a mix of digital and print work. The Graphic Designer will work cross-functionally with all of Cotton Holdings subsidiaries and collaborate with the in-house Marketing department. Key Responsibilities • Produce assets for web, email marketing, social media, and digital platforms, • Design a wide variety of printed marketing materials, such as - flyers, brochures, booklets, conference / event materials (including banners, invitations, press boxes, and signage), and more., • Assist with designing and producing environmental and special assets, such as - event exhibits, stage designs, office remodels, large-scale signage, and more., • Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting work to the EVP of Marketing, and Executives; incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets, • Work with various vendors and see through production and final delivery, • The ability to remain focused and calm in the face of tight and changing timelines, while managing multiple projects, • Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner, • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, • Develop and maintain the integrity of Cotton brands, including logos, brand guidelines and business collateral Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEducation: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent education and experienceExperience:, • Have 3-5 years of graphic design experience in advertising agency or In-house marketing department with B2B marketing experienceKnowledge and Skills:, • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), while having a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles., • Premier Pro and After Effects, focusing on motion graphics skills, a plus!, • Strong conceptual thinker with a digital and print background, • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns
