Job Description This Epic Analyst role is an on-site, full-time position supporting non-clinical Information Technology operations. The Epic Analyst will be responsible for building, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Epic RTE functionality to support accurate eligibility verification and coverage workflows. As an Epic Analyst, you will partner closely with operational teams to ensure system reliability, enhancements, and compliance with organizational standards. This on-site Epic Analyst position requires strong hands-on Epic build experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality., • Implement and support Query Chaining, MSP Indicator utilization, Plan Mapping, and Auto Coverage Creation within Epic., • Troubleshoot RTE issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop long-term solutions., • Collaborate with revenue cycle, registration, and IT teams to ensure accurate eligibility workflows., • Create and update system documentation, build specifications, and testing scripts., • Test system changes, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure stability and accuracy., • Provide end-user support related to RTE processes, coverage creation, and registration workflows., • Participate in on-site meetings, workflow sessions, and build reviews., • Assist in configuration related to Guarantor Assignment Tables and eligibility-driven term/replace coverage workflows (preferred, not required)., • Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Required Experience • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, specifically supporting Epic RTE or coverage/eligibility workflows., • Hands-on experience with Query Chaining, MSP Indicators, Plan Mapping, and Auto Coverage Creation., • Prior Epic certification or proficiency in relevant Epic modules (e.g., Prelude, RTE, Eligibility)., • Strong understanding of insurance eligibility, registration workflows, and revenue cycle operations., • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and documenting technical build., • Ability to work on-site daily and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams., • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
