This includes assisting with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues, as well as performing preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities * Assist mechanics with maintenance and repair of production equipment * Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans * Support mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting * Maintain equipment in safe and efficient working condition * Complete light shop work such as drilling and tapping * Report equipment issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor * Partner with production teams to support quality output * Participate in training and cross-training programs * Follow all safety procedures and company standards * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications * 1–2 years of mechanical or maintenance experience preferred, or strong mechanical aptitude * Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and repair * Ability to use hand tools and perform light shop work * Ability to read measurements and follow maintenance procedures * Strong attention to detail and safety awareness * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * High School Diploma or GED preferred Work Environment * Manufacturing/production environment with exposure to machinery and noise * Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting * Regular shifts with potential overtime based on production needs Apply Today If you are ready to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable hands-on experience, apply today to join Adecco and take the next step in your career.
