    We are a growing multi-location women’s apparel retail group seeking an experienced Head Buyer to lead and oversee all buying activities across our stores. This role is responsible for strategic seasonal planning, vendor management, inventory balance, and translating brand vision into profitable, well-curated assortments. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong instincts for women’s fashion and a disciplined approach to planning and execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead seasonal and in-season buying across all store locations, • Develop and manage seasonal buying plans and open-to-buy budgets, • Build cohesive assortments by category, price point, and customer profile, • Analyze sales performance, sell-through, margins, and inventory depth, • Adjust buys based on real-time performance and store-level needs, • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and line reviews, • Identify new brands and product opportunities aligned with our customer, • Partner closely with ownership, planners, and store teams, • Ensure balanced inventory across locations and categories, • Maintain clear buying calendars and delivery flow by season Planning and Analytics • Own the buying calendar from pre-season planning through post-season review, • Forecast sales and inventory needs by store and category, • Use data to guide decisions while maintaining strong fashion judgment, • Review weekly and monthly performance reports and react accordingly, • Manage markdown strategy input and end-of-season exits Leadership and Collaboration • Act as the senior authority on buying decisions, • Mentor and guide junior buyers or buying support staff if applicable, • Communicate clearly with store teams regarding product strategy, • Align buying decisions with overall business goals and brand positioning Qualifications • Proven experience as a senior buyer or head buyer in women’s apparel, • Strong understanding of retail math, margins, and inventory management, • Experience buying full seasonal lines ahead of season, • Ability to balance creative vision with financial discipline, • Highly organized with strong decision-making skills, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing retail environment, • Experience buying for multiple locations is a strong plus What We Offer • Opportunity to lead and shape the buying strategy of a growing retail group, • Direct collaboration with ownership, • Competitive compensation based on experience, • Long-term growth opportunity within the company

    What You’ll Do • Drive revenue by selling Clip Central’s creator and branded content solutions to new and existing clients., • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and overseeing account relationships., • Provide exceptional customer service throughout each partnership, ensuring clients feel supported from initial outreach through campaign completion., • Partner with internal teams to build smart, execution-ready concepts that align with client objectives and platform best practices., • Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale activities across your accounts, including:, • Running client kick-off calls to align on goals, expectations, and campaign workflows., • Coordinating brand and creator contracts with internal partners to ensure clear deliverables, terms, and timelines., • Building and managing project timelines to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope., • Developing talent strategies—managing outreach, negotiations, and confirmations to match creators with campaign needs., • Gathering all brand assets and preparing detailed creative briefs for creators., • Troubleshooting campaign obstacles with internal and external partners to maintain smooth deployment., • Monitoring performance and identifying optimization opportunities throughout and after campaigns., • Leading data collection, reporting, and client presentations with support from the analytics team., • Keeping Sales, Leadership, and relevant stakeholders updated on key milestones, risks, and results. What You’ll Need • Digital advertising and/or social media marketing experience is required., • Strong background in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in the creator, influencer, or digital media space., • Ability to sell on commission and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment., • Proven success managing client relationships and juggling multiple accounts or campaigns., • Deep familiarity with social platforms, creator content, and digital campaign execution., • Experience in Gaming/Esports or broader digital entertainment is a plus but not required., • Highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-moving environment., • A passion for the creator economy and a desire to grow with a rapidly evolving team.
