This role provides critical care for neonates in Level II/III NICU settings. Floating may be required to Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, or other units to support patient care needs. • Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates, including assessment, intervention, and monitoring., • Manage patients requiring intensive neonatal support in Level II/III NICU., • Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care., • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and communication., • Maintain safe patient ratios, typically 1:1 to 1:3, depending on acuity., • Float to other units as needed within scope to support patient care., • Active New York RN license, • 3+ years NICU experience, Level II/III preferred, • Current certifications: BLS, NRP required at submission; PALS and STABLE required prior to start (can obtain if needed), • Epic EMR experience required, • Must be willing to work rotating day/night shifts, • Beds: 8–13 private NICU beds, additional overflow in open bay, • Patient Ratio: 1:1 to 1:3, • Floating: Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, or other adult units if needed, • Specialty Equipment: NICU-specific monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, incubators, and neonatal support devices HonorVet Technologies: Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
