Job Summary The Patient Food Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the efficient flow of food operations. This role is responsible for patient communication, and coordination of food services to ensure an organized and positive patient experience. The Patient Service Coordinator works closely with clinical, dining and administrative teams within the hospital to maintain accurate records, uphold compliance standards, and facilitate timely food service delivery. The patient food service coordinator collaborates with nurses, physicians, and patient family members to support food services and mitigate patient concerns or complaints.
