that differentiate 7 Brew from traditional drive-thru coffee experiences. * Takes customer orders accurately and efficiently through the drive-thru, using strong listening skills and a clear, friendly speaking voice to ensure every guest feels heard and cared for throughout the ordering process. * Prepares a wide range of beverages—including coffees, espressos, lattes, teas, energy drinks, shakes, and customized specialty creations—following all 7 Brew recipes, standards, portion guidelines, and beverage preparation procedures. * Checks each drink for accuracy, taste, temperature, and presentation before serving, ensuring that every product meets company quality expectations and maintains consistency across all menu items. * Works comfortably in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where multitasking is essential, handling order taking, drink preparation, cleaning duties, stocking tasks, and customer communication simultaneously. * Provides guests with recommendations or drink suggestions when asked, using strong product knowledge and awareness of the full menu and customization options to help customers discover new favorites. * Operates the point-of-sale (POS) system confidently and quickly, accurately entering orders, processing payments, giving correct change, and ensuring all transactions are completed smoothly and professionally. * Maintains a clean and organized workstation by regularly wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, organizing ingredients, handling trash, and ensuring the stand always looks presentable and ready for operations. * Adheres to all health, sanitation, and food safety standards, including proper handwashing, glove use, equipment cleaning, and safe handling of hot or cold beverage components. * Collaborates effectively with fellow Brewistas and shift leaders, communicating clearly and respectfully to keep the stand running smoothly, especially during peak rush times. * Responds calmly and helpfully to unexpected challenges—such as high order volume, equipment issues, or customer concerns—while maintaining composure and delivering excellent service. * Exhibits strong teamwork by
