Job DescriptionSalary: 16.00-17.25 Overview: A Lead Teacher (LE3) at a LE3 Academy is responsible for developing the curriculum while managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. LTs must understand childrens cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The LT must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. Job DescriptionDescription: The Wealth Partner Team Leader provides outstanding personalized service to their clients through the bank’s premiere financial services. They are responsible for leading their team to achieve long term growth, provide clients a great experience, and contribute to corporate level initiatives such as training, marketing and business program development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with Retail Management to ensure that branch customers with investment needs are being introduced properly to Wealth Partners, • Collaborate with Commercial Lending & Treasury Management on identifying prospects., • Generate new recurring fee and commission relationships to lead divisional team to achieve its revenue targets, • Manage multiple Wealth Partners in a bank division.
