Overview: The Vice President of Clinical Services (VPCS) at Community Mainstreaming Associates (CMA) is a senior executive leader responsible for the strategic oversight, quality, compliance, and performance of all clinical services across the organization. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered clinical care to individuals supported by CMA, consistent with regulatory requirements, best practices, and CMA’s mission and values. The VP directly supervises the Director of Behavioral Supports and the nursing team.
