Job Description JOB SUMMARY: This position has primary responsibility for training staff at all levels in the Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IDD) division and also participates in other training efforts as needed and as time permits. Competitive pay based on experience Paid training, including certification in lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED Opportunities for growth and internal advancement Flexible hours with the potential for weekend and evening shifts Paid birthday off Possible annual PTO What Youll Do: Teach swim lessons to children and adults (ages 3 months and up) following the British Swim School program Maintain certifications and complete ongoing training Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Provide a fun, engaging environment for both swimmers and their families Ensure all safety protocols are followed What Were Looking For: Enthusiastic and energetic personality Comfortable in and around water (strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught) High school diploma or equivalent (or in progress) Ability to work well with children and adults Previous customer service or swimming experience is preferred but not required Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are a plus (training provided if needed) About Us: At British Swim School, we believe that swim lessons are about more than just learning to swimtheyre about ensuring the safety of every child.
