As a small, independent group poised for growth, we need a hands-on leader who will both run gold-standard daily operations and build the scalable systems that carry our brand to the next restaurant and beyond. You’ll work side-by-side with our founder and report to the Director of Operations, shaping an iconic brand from the ground floor. What is a Direct Support Professional? The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for implementing person-centered services for each individual.
