Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with a mobile app enterprise to hire a Bilingual Spanish Instructional Designer. • Location: Hybrid in Miami or San Francisco preferred, • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible working hours., • Must be able to support teams across multiple time zones including Europe, Asia, and LATAM., • Contract length: 3 months with possibility of extension, • Pay rate: $64.81/hr in Miami, $62.58/hr in California, $55-$60/hr if remote. Within the business, the Latam Sales Training and Enablement team will be adding an Instructional Designer, Program Managers and Training Facilitators to co-design and develop meaningful training experiences and assist with training implementation. 30% ID, 30% PM and 40% facilitation In this role, you will flex your talents in training facilitation and driving change management with our commercial teams. The ideal facilitator is technical, energetic, driven, and a self-starter with previous experience in large-scale systems implementations and adoptions, particularly with customer-facing teams. You will help manage the training experience by leading instructor-led training, ensuring pre-and post-work is complete, and providing long-term support and retraining, as necessary, for commercial teams. • Manage the day-to-day implementation of a large-scale systems rollout for a dedicated team of commercial reps, including:, • Creating instructor-led training events., • Inviting teams to ITL and ensuring they are prepared for the event (e.g., have access to sandbox, SFDC, etc., • Manage implementation of course curriculum, tracking participation of both ILT and elearning, • Following-up with managers or stakeholders about participation and attendance, • Coordinate with cross-functional teams the logistics and preparations required to cascade the training., • Ability to simplify complex concepts through stories and examples., • Lead all instructor-led training sessions for your dedicated training groups, ensuring accurate and complete training., • Gather feedback from participants and managers about the training via formal and informal methods and share with the core implementation team., • For end-user support, is expected that this role encompasses training and adoption through:, • Facilitating new hires programs and sales skills workshops., • Host ongoing office hours and follow-up training sessions, as requested and required., • Shadow the training implementation and end-user adoption, and review adoption metrics with the implementation team., • Manage the Slack support channel, providing answers referring to training materials or escalating to the SMEs., • Identify gaps, escalate feedback to the core implementation team, and propose agile remediation plans., • Work closely with regional stakeholders to address their needs and resolve requests., • Be open to the hustle, we are a small team with great responsibility! Qualifications • Experience as an Instructional Designer and Program Manager. Agile methodologies background is a plus., • Experience in training on sales skills and sales systems., • Advanced understanding of the SFDC platform and its functionality., • Ability to manage projects and deliverables within tight timelines, • Experience or knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), • Ability to translate data from feedback to improvements to both content and process, • Bachelor's degree in-relevant discipline., • Spanish and English fluency, • Experience in adult learning, training, design thinking and/or instructional design a plus, • Google suite experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides), • Agility, this is a rapidly growing start-up within a start-up, traditional timelines simply do not exist here. What might normally be completed in 12 weeks is done in 3 here, focus and the ability to move are critical. Fine print: This is a W2 position.
