What will you do as the Operations Manager? The Operations Manager is a leadership role in the Rolex Boutique by Diamond Cellar responsible for critical store operations, including cash controls, inventory movement, merchandise processing, and facilities coordination. This position provides direct supervision to the Operations Specialist, Security Team, and Reception/Hospitality staff, and serves as a trusted keyholder with access to sensitive systems, codes, and secure areas. The Manager is accountable for operational excellence, loss prevention, safety, and compliance with all company and brand standards. • Oversee daily cash balancing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to company controls and procedures., • Own inter‑store merchandise transfer processes, ensuring timely approval, accurate documentation, tracking, and issue resolution., • Supervise the intake, processing, tracking, and completion of jewelry and watch repairs, including communication and handoffs between Sales, Service, and Back of House., • Oversee shipping and receiving operations, confirming that all merchandise is logged, verified, and secured according to policy., • Maintain strong inventory controls through accurate data entry, reconciliations, exception follow‑up, and record keeping across all systems., • Monitor and support execution of store operational routines (opening/closing, shipments, cycle counts, physical inventory, brand visits, and events)., • Directly supervise and develop the Operations Specialist, Security Team, and Reception staff, providing clear expectations, coaching, and feedback., • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage, task prioritization, and adherence to all policies, procedures, and brand standards., • Conduct regular check‑ins and performance conversations; address performance, behavior, or policy issues promptly and professionally., • Partner with Store and Sales leadership to align back‑of‑house, security, and reception priorities with business needs and client experience goals., • Serve as a designated keyholder responsible for opening and closing procedures as required, ensuring all security protocols are followed., • Possess and safeguard alarm, vault, and system codes, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with company security standards., • Lead and document investigations related to security incidents, inventory discrepancies, cash variances, or operational concerns, escalating findings to appropriate leadership., • Accurately document incidents, alarms, and notable events, ensuring timely communication and proper retention of records., • Reinforce loss prevention expectations with direct reports through daily routines, coaching, and consistent follow‑through., • Coordinate facility maintenance requests and repairs, serving as the primary point of contact for building and landlord issues., • Manage store maintenance requests and coordinate external vendors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to standard., • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a safe, secure, and well‑functioning environment for clients and employees., • Support execution of safety protocols, including emergency procedures, incident response, and follow‑up. What are we looking for in an Operations Manager? • Prior supervisory or lead experience in retail operations, inventory control, back‑office functions, or security‑related roles., • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive responsibilities including cash handling, investigations, secure access, and confidential information., • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through., • Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and hold team members accountable in a fast‑paced environment., • Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or watch environments preferred., • Proficiency with POS, inventory, and basic office systems; comfort learning and enforcing system‑driven controls., • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and events as required.
