The ideal candidate is a strong caregiver who thrives on the PM shift and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively to provide high-quality care to our patients. • Start Date: ASAP, • Shift: PM Shift, • Weekend Requirement: Flexibility to work weekends is required. The specific weekend requirement will be based on the length of the contract., • On-Call: Not required., • Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to the Mother/Baby unit. Floating to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro may also be required., • Guaranteed Hours: The facility guarantees hours but reserves the right to call off one shift per a two-week pay period., • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of recent L&D experience is required., • First-Time Travelers: We are open to accepting first-time travelers., • Precepting Skills: Precepting skills are strongly preferred., • License: Must hold an active RN license.
