Job Description Become a part of the Pay-O-Matic Team! What We're Looking For: Customer Service Representatives who actively engages with customers providing them with basic information regarding Pay-O-Matic's financial products and services. QUALFICATIONS: • One to two years related experience or equivalent., • Superb customer service/Communication skills., • Proficient computer operator., • Strong multi-tasking skills., • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions., • Professional appearance and demeanor., • flexibility, and a willingness accept change quickly, • Stand for extended periods of time., • Use POS system for all transactions, • Work in confined areas alone with the understanding of the Company’s security/safety policies and procedures., • Open and close the store when required., • Adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as heavy verbal demands of customer service, • successfully performing transactions while upholding Banking-related Compliance rules and regulations., • you must be available anytime between: 9 am to 9 pm, • Able to float to other locations in the area: Store 107 - 254 Kingston Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11213; Store 146- 263 Saratoga Ave, Brooklyn, New York, 11233and Store 129- 2323 Mermaid Ave, Brooklyn, New York, 11207, • Have a flexible schedule., • Comfortable working alone Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement At POM, we strive to create and continually grow as a company where all employees are able to be their authentic selves.
