Delivery Driver: As our CAVA Catering Delivery Driver, you will constantly be in motion delivering mind-blowing meals to our guests. In addition to ensuring the successful execution of all catering orders, you will serve as a brand ambassador ensuring that every interaction with our guests and teammates is one that is friendly, warm and generous. What You’ll Do: • Deliver friendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service, • Successfully run all aspects of the Curbside, Take-Away and Delivery activities to maintain productivity, • Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the Restaurant, • Verify order accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, • Observe and maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures, • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards, • Restock stations and keep them clean and organized, • Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset, • Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly, • Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values, • Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day, • Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals, • Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business The Competencies you’ll exhibit: Executes with a Service Mindset • Understands the guest is the root of all processes and decisions that are made at CAVA, • Abides by policies and procedures that support a service mindset, • Treats all guests according to CAVA values and works to make guests feel our generosity first, always, • Treats all internal and external stakeholders;
