Our projects are vertical, industrial construction projects involving multiple engineering disciplines and sub-contractor trades. What You’ll Do • Assist customers in data set-up related to therapeutic, texture-modified, allergen-restricted, and culturally appropriate diets utilizing industry-standard dietary practices and MealSuite system expertise., • Complete assigned menu services projects related to menu development, configuration, review, validation, and approval using established best practices and MealSuite tools., • Perform recipe quality assurance analysis utilizing culinary principles and MealSuite recipe standards to ensure accuracy and standardization of MealSuite system core recipes, • Support the creation and continuous improvement of internal and external menu services resources, ensuring materials reflect current industry standards, system capabilities, and customer needs., • Work cross-functionally with implementation, product, and support teams to resolve complex menu and data challenges., • 2 years of experience in menu services, menu planning and development., • Experience using food service software., • Experience in long term care and/or acute care facilities., • Experience reviewing and approving menus in healthcare settings in accordance with applicable regulations., • Registered Dietician, • Understanding of therapeutic, IDDSI Texture Modified Diet Standards, & Healthcare Foodservice Regulations., • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment This role requires working onsite in our Dallas OR Cambridge office two days per week.
