Our goal is to leverage digital channels to educate potential clients about our investment strategies and convert them into meaningful relationships. What We're Looking For We need a proven marketing leader with specific experience in financial services marketing who can drive measurable results in lead generation and client acquisition while building and managing a high-performing marketing team. Core Requirements Essential Digital Marketing Expertise: * Facebook/Meta Advertising: Demonstrated success with lead generation campaigns, particularly in financial/investment sectors. Must understand compliance requirements for financial advertising. * Google Ads: Proven track record with search and display campaigns for high-value B2B services. Experience with complex attribution models is essential. * SEO: Strong technical and content SEO skills with experience ranking financial services content in competitive markets. * LinkedIn Marketing: Experience with LinkedIn advertising for professional investors, HNW individuals, and B2C financial services. * YouTube Marketing: Strong experience in video marketing strategy and YouTube channel management, as we are looking to significantly scale our video presence and content marketing efforts. Technology & Software Proficiency: Must have experience with (or demonstrate ability to quickly learn) the following platforms: * HubSpot: CRM management, marketing automation, and lead nurturing * Mailchimp: Email marketing campaigns and automation * Sprout Social: Social media management and analytics * WordPress: Content management and website optimization * SiteGround: Web hosting and site performance management * SimilarWeb: Competitive analysis and market research * Google Ads: Search, display, and video advertising * Facebook Ads: Lead generation and audience targeting * LinkedIn Ads: B2B professional targeting and campaigns * YouTube: Video content strategy, channel management, and advertising Investment Industry Experience: * Previous work with investment firms, wealth management companies, financial advisors, or related financial services * Understanding of compliance requirements (SEC regulations, FINRA guidelines) in marketing communications * Experience navigating the unique challenges of marketing investment products and services * Knowledge of typical investor personas and decision-making processes Leadership & Team Management: * Team Management: Proven experience managing both in-house marketing employees and external freelance contractors * Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to coordinate and lead diverse marketing teams across multiple disciplines * Vendor Management: Experience selecting, onboarding, and managing marketing agencies and freelance specialists * Strategic Leadership: Capability to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for lead nurturing and client acquisition * Mentorship: Track record of developing and mentoring marketing professionals * Scaling Operations: Experience building marketing teams and processes from initial implementation to significant growth Deliverables & Expectations Campaign Management: * Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, conversions * A/B testing and continuous optimization of all marketing assets Team Leadership: * Build and manage a hybrid team of in-house employees and freelance specialists * Establish clear processes, workflows, and performance metrics for the marketing team * Coordinate with external agencies and contractors to ensure seamless campaign execution * Develop team members' skills and capabilities in financial services marketing Compliance & Quality Assurance: * Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial services regulations * Maintain high standards for brand
