The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about scratch cooking and hospitality. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise line cooks during service, • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards, • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff, • Assist with daily prep production and station setup, • Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times, • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, • Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and health department standards, • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and product rotation, • Help manage labor and productivity goals, • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment, • Step into any station as needed to ensure smooth serviceQualifications, • Minimum 3 years of line cook experience, • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations, • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record, • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsWhat We Offer, • Competitive pay based on experience, • Growth opportunities within a multi-location restaurant group, • Positive and professional work environment, • Employee dining discounts, • Opportunity to work with scratch-made, high-quality food
