DutchX is looking for serious, reliable E-Cargo Bike Operators who are genuinely looking to work, show up consistently, and complete their routes professionally. About the role DutchX delivers parcels for major national retailers using electric cargo bikes (e-cargo bikes) as part of a zero-emission urban logistics network. As a Green Mile E-Cargo Bike Operator, you will operate a larger, heavier electric cargo bike and complete a full delivery run in Manhattan. This is physical, time-bound, outdoor work with clear expectations for performance, communication, and reliability. This is not recreational biking. Important – Read Carefully This role is not single-order delivery. You will be carrying multiple packages at the same time and completing dozens of deliveries in a single shift using an e-cargo bike that is built for this type of work. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable: Managing many deliveries in one shift Staying organized throughout a shift Completing a series of deliveries consisting of multiple stops for a single route, not one delivery point per route If you are looking for a one to one delivery (for example, one pickup and one drop and then return to base), this role is not it. The role requires a serious professional e-biker who is familiar with a cargo trailer attached.     A Night Warehouse Associate is a highly physical role. The purpose of the position is to select and fill orders, prepare pallets and load trucks in preparation for morning deliveries. This position also helps maintain an organized and efficient warehouse to achieve accuracy and ensure success for our operational team. Duties And Responsibilities Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking-in merchandise Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Handle all products with care to avoid damages and loss Open bales, crates and other containers using a box cutter. Use pump pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, sit-down hi-lo forklift, stand-up hi-lo forklift and safety ladders to select products from warehouse shelves and prepare pallets Fill out pre and post trip sheets for fork lifts and pallet jacks Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist in counting of physical inventory. Prepare parcels for mailing Assist with equipment maintenance, data entry and computer related tasks as needed Take initiative to accomplish open tasks; be proactive and seek additional work when available Safety: Complete safety training session and pass safety training test at time of hire and on an annual basis. Safety: Act in compliance with safety practices and procedures throughout the warehouse. Report any safety concerns to Warehouse Manager. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop as needed. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days of work are Sunday through Thursday. Hours of work are approximately thirty-five (35) to forty (40) or more hours per week. The night shift starts at approximately 6:00pm and ends when workload is complete and trucks are ready for delivery, by approximately 7:00 am. Some Night Warehouse Associates are scheduled to work four days per week. This position may occasionally require longer hours when workload or project deadlines require it. Travel- Travel is not required for this role.
