Job Description We are currently seeking a Rental Property Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, make ready of properties and other required tasks. Potential Responsibilities: • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, • Estimate time and extent of repairs, • Perform routine preventive maintenance, • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc., • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues, • Install appliances and equipment, • Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc., • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation), • Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm), • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations, • Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues, • Refinish Hard Wood Flooring, • Paint, Texture, and Trim work, • Install Windows, • Tile work, • Hardwood flooring, • Roofing, • Plumbing, • Electrical, • Repair and replace brick, • Masonry, • Skills, • Experience using hand and electrical tools, • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, • Physical stamina and dexterity, • Painting, Flooring installation, Tile, Plumbing, and Electrical, • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, • Ability to handle physical workload, • Deadline and detail-oriented, • Valid Drivers License, • Operational Vehicle, • Good work ethicCompany DescriptionIn Business since 2015. Physical Demands: • Frequent standing, walking, carrying, pushing, and pulling., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance., • Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)., • Exposure to dust, soil, and moving mechanical parts.
