Establishes and communicates goals and objectives. Emphasizes accountability and inspires positive behavior changes.What We're Looking For:, • Education: Associate's Degree (preferred but not required)., • Experience: 2years of experience in a leadership or similar role., • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and meet production goals., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external partners., • Analytical skills to review reports and identify areas for improvement., • Experience with employee relations, including scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and HR processes., • A strong understanding of operational standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.Physical Requirements:, • This is a physically demanding role that requires constant standing, walking, bending, and stooping., • You must be able to lift and move materials, which may be heavy, repeatedly throughout the workday., • Requires good manual dexterity and physical stamina for tasks such as minor repairs and manual drying., • Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.Other Physical Requirements, • Vision: Requires adequate near vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception to safely perform job duties, identify pallet defects, operate tools, read labels, and recognize workplace hazards., • Sense of Sound: Ability to hear horns, alarms, machinery, and verbal instructions in a potentially noisy warehouse environment., • Sense of Touch: Ability to use hands and fingers effectively to handle tools, fasteners, materials, and equipment with precision and control., • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to consistently wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves, throughout the workday.Work Environment: If you need assistance or accommodation during the application process because of a disability, it is available upon request by contacting .
