This role is focused on maximizing performance within existing retail partnerships—driving velocity, strengthening relationships, and ensuring best-in-class execution across all accounts. What makes TruLabs special: ✔ High-growth environment with strong retail expansion momentum ✔ Direct access to executive leadership and decision-making ✔ Opportunity to build and scale national retail strategy ✔ Collaborative, cross-functional team environment ✔ A brand rooted in performance, authenticity, and results Our Core Values Faith — We lead with purpose, integrity, and respect for others Health — We promote healthier, more active lives Passion — We bring energy and a drive to win Humility — We stay grounded and team-oriented Fun — We believe great work should be enjoyable What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll own and optimize TruLabs’ retail performance across existing accounts while supporting continued growth. • Own retail account performance, including velocity, sell-through, and SKU-level success, • Lead headquarters-level relationships with key retail partners and priority accounts, • Strengthen communication and partnership with retailers to ensure consistent execution and alignment, • Identify opportunities to improve in-store performance, assortment, and merchandising impact, • Monitor and analyze performance using SPINS, IRI/Nielsen, retailer portals, and internal data, • Develop and manage SKU-level forecasting based on trends, commitments, and demand signals, • Build and deliver retailer presentations, line reviews, and performance updates, • Manage and align broker network to company priorities and execution standards, • Ensure consistent retail execution and accountability across all markets, • Partner with Marketing on promotions, product launches, and retail support tools, • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand planning and inventory, • Represent TruLabs in buyer meetings, trade shows, and key industry events What You Bring • Senior-level sales or account leadership experience within a CPG retail environment, • Proven success managing and growing national retail accounts, • Strong experience driving retail performance, velocity, and sell-through, • Experience working closely with buyers, brokers, and cross-functional teams, • Deep understanding of retail execution, merchandising, and in-store performance drivers, • Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical skills, • Proficiency with SPINS, IRI, Nielsen, or similar retail data platforms, • Experience with retailer portals and vendor systems, • Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools, • Comfort leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for productivity and insights Location & Work Environment McKinney, TX (North Dallas) Full-time, in-office leadership role Make Your Mark This is a unique opportunity to step into a Head of Sales role with a strong focus on retail performance and account management—not just new business development.
