Job DescriptionSalary: 50K-60K Summary: The QIDP/Program Manager is responsible for direct supervision and the daily operation of JDT & SLA Program for persons with disabilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the progress of each persons with disabilities to include: writing the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP) documents, chairing ISP/BSP meetings, developing training and service objectives, and instructing staff on continuous implementation of ISPs and BSPs., 2. Maintain frequent and consistent contact with representatives of DRC ., 3. Supervise and develop Direct Service Professionals to include: in-servicing and timely submission of new-hire documentation, immediate submission of Payroll change Notices for any changes made in an employees schedule/status, scheduling monthly staff meetings, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, and management of daily operations of staffing., 4. Execute and provide input for new strategies and programs to attract persons with disabilities and establish/develop/conduct facility tours ., 5. Prepare and evaluate employee job performance, make recommendations regarding personnel action to management, assign staff duties, develop staff schedules, and coordinate staff leave time., 6. Key Responsibilities * Direct all onsite construction activities and ensure crews and subcontractors complete work safely, efficiently, and per project requirements. * Develop and maintain the project schedule, including short-term lookahead planning and daily coordination. * Manage delivery logistics, material staging, inspections, and sequencing to minimize disruptions—especially in active retail and grocery settings. * Enforce safety practices and hold all subcontractors accountable to company and regulatory standards. * Review drawings, updates, and documentation; identify conflicts and communicate issues proactively. * Prepare daily logs, photo documentation, and progress updates for the Project Manager and stakeholders. * Lead jobsite meetings, coordinate with client representatives, and drive the project through punch list and final turnover. Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Concierge plays an integral role in creating an exceptional service experience for our members. The Concierge communicates with members and guests to make all pre-arrival arrangements, conducts internal and external correspondence with members, and establishes and manages numerous relationships with suppliers such as activity companies, restaurants and transportation companies. The Concierge must possess a thorough knowledge of the destination, as they are the local representative for Exclusive Resorts. Additionally, they must possess a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, ability to follow-through with all requests, good judgment and strong decision-making skills and abilities. We anticipate a schedule of 24 hours per week, spread across three days, with two consecutive days to provide coverage for the full-time Concierge. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plans itinerary/activities and reservations in advance for all arriving members., • Responds to communications from members, the Company, and its affiliates, within 24 hours of delivery. Handles and facilitates pre-arrival grocery requests and site delivery (as requested by members) to ensure member requests are met. Before every guest’s arrival, the Concierge will visit the residence and ensure everything is in conditions according to the rules and regulations of Exclusive Resorts., • Readily available to guests (via cell phone and land line) for all member travel needs., • Provides orientation to the residence(s) and services for members upon arrival at residence(s)., • Provides professional and courteous service to members related to their use of the property and enjoyment of surrounding attractions., • Communicates to members their availability and contact information to support staff on days off, • Manages and coordinates Special Events for member requested Special Events., • Conducts tours of units as a representative of Exclusive Resorts for prospective members., • Ensures all housekeeping standards are met and maintained according to the rules and regulations of Exclusive Resorts.
