They offer services including mobile primary care, palliative care, wound care, transitional care post-hospitalization, weight management, behavioral health telehealth, and home-based physical, speech, and occupational therapies. Their programs are designed to deliver personalized care, improve patient outcomes, and reduce hospital readmissions, with 24/7 support and coordination with home health agencies and primary care providers. To assist with expansion and growth, we are now hiring a 1099 Telemedicine Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) please note, this position is 100% remote, however physical presence in Nevada (Las Vegas) is required. Essential Functions • Conduct clinical assessments of patients via telemedicine, provide treatment protocols, prescribe or recommend behavioural medications and provide medication management, • Work closely with collaborating psychiatrists where required by state law or independently but within an interdisciplinary team including other nurse practitioners, psychologists, clinical pharmacists and physicians, • Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options, • Patient progress monitoring, • Accurate and timely completion of patient notes in the EHR, • Provide consultation to facility staff on nursing practice and psychopharmacology including writing orders for medications, as appropriate, • Participate in case reviews, consultations and utilization review, • Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Certification and PMHNP, • Valid NP license for Arizona or in the process of obtaining it (may be asked to obtain multi-state licensure), • DEA certificate (Schedule 3) or in the process of obtaining it, • Experience working autonomously in a virtual setting, • Able to meet the credentialing requirements of clients and your assigned facilities, • Onboarding and trainings will be paid, • Each provider works with a personal scheduler and medical assistant, • Innovative tools and processes and a strong back office team that creates efficient schedules, • Attractive 60% per-visit structure, offering a straightforward and transparent performance based pay structure.
