Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program. You will work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Your Impact • Lead asset criticality management by determining asset criticality and guiding sites to utilize and maintain rankings in SAP., • Drive asset risk management by identifying high-risk assets and recommending or leading risk elimination or mitigation plans., • Establish robust equipment failure root cause analysis capabilities through training, coaching, and facilitation., • Analyze equipment and cost data to manage Reliability Engineering efforts that deliver measurable value., • Apply PM Evaluation (PME) and PM Optimization (PMO) processes to continuously improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and efficiency., • Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes and standards, including training and leading RCM analysis., • Perform Weibull analysis to understand equipment reliability and develop maintenance strategies., • Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering initiatives and provide periodic updates., • Stay current with industry trends and benchmarks, recommending and leading program improvements., • Develop and maintain strong SAP Plant Maintenance skills, monitor data integrity, and lead improvement efforts., • Collaborate with Engineering teams to apply “design for reliability” standards during capital expenditure projects. Your Experience • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG., • Proven track record of establishing Reliability Engineering capabilities., • Previous experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes., • Experience managing projects., • Experience with Weibull and other statistical analysis methods., • Proficient in using MS Office Suite, • Experience with CMMS systems; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred., • Skilled in assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses., • Ability to support off shifts when business needs arise, • Willingness to travel up to 10%. #LI-Onsite #LI-MSL #LI-MW1 Compensation: Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. This individual will provide leadership to promote high quality care delivered to all critical cardiac patients in the CCU. This individual will partner with leadership from CT Surgery, Cardiology, Critical Care, Nursing and Administration to lead efforts in faculty development, the creation and implementation of clinical programs and pathways as well as working with our quality improvement/ quality assurance team to ensure the highest quality environment for our patients and staff. We seek an experienced, skilled individual with leadership strengths who will join the division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, that comprises of 11 cardiac intensivists, and 15 general intensivists. The CCU is part of the Dr. C.C. and Mable L. Criss Heart Center. Besides the cardiac intensivists, the current Criss Heart Center faculty consists of 3 cardiac surgeons, 30 cardiologists, and 6 cardiac anesthesiologists.
