The PACE Outreach Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the outreach team to ensure effective community engagement and promotion of the PACE program. This position develops outreach strategies, monitors outcomes, and ensures compliance with all CMS and state marketing regulations. The Outreach Supervisor works collaboratively with organizational leadership to strengthen community partnerships, expand awareness of PACE, and support census growth through strategic outreach activities. Hybrid Schedule: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm (varies: 1 day onsite, 4 days remote). This position will oversee employees at our Riverside and Murrieta clinics. In addition to a competitive annual salary, this position offers team performance bonuses, providing excellent earning potential. Responsibilities • Supervise and mentor Outreach Specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation., • Develop, implement, and monitor outreach strategies to maximize community presence and referrals., • Coordinate participation in events, health fairs, and community-based activities to increase awareness of PACE., • Maintain oversight of outreach tracking logs, metrics, and reporting systems., • Analyze outreach data and prepare reports for leadership on performance, trends, and opportunities., • Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations regarding marketing and outreach., • Build and maintain strong relationships with community-based organizations, referral sources, and stakeholders., • Collaborate with Marketing Manager/Coordinator on marketing campaigns and community education initiatives., • Provide leadership presence at community presentations, program tours, and meetings with partner organizations., • Establishes and maintains effective interpersonal relationships with staff at all levels, providers, other program or agency representatives, and the public, • Assists in the development of and implementation of policies, protocols, and procedures, and the associated staff training to enable staff to provide accurate, appropriate, and consistent services and information to participants, • Provides leadership, training, developing, coaching, mentoring and being a positive role model, • Monitors workflows and processes to ensure the highest levels of business practices are in place, • Recommends or make decisions to hire, transfer, reward, discipline or terminate employees, • Manages workforce planning for the Team, including job description revision and/or development, • Works closely with NHC health center’s management/clinical team to implement site protocols, • Contributes to the success of the organization by participating in quality improvement activities., • Cooperates in accomplishing department goals and objectives, • Leads and directs the development, implementation, and monitoring of outreach objectives, • Monitors outreach dashboard for transparency and accountability, • Communicates analytics with remediation plans as required; implements remediation plans, • Collaborates with the Data Informatics team, as needed Education/Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in lieu of degree, • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or community relations required, • Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience required, • Healthcare or senior services experience strongly preferred., • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for healthcare marketing (CMS/state)., • Experience developing referral sources, community partnerships, and outreach strategies., • Comfort with productivity metrics, data tracking, and team performance accountability., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems., • Work collaboratively with internal departments to align outreach with program priorities., • Represent the program at external meetings, coalitions, and networking opportunities., • Work evenings and weekends as required for special events/meetings., • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders., • High emotional intelligence (EI) to effectively lead teams and manage relationships across different departments throughout the organization., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills, • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • Excellent planning and organizational ability, • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, • Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional and ethical manner, • Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs/weight Pay range: $80,200-$115,500 annually, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive annual salary, this position offers team performance bonuses, providing excellent earning potential. Compensation Disclosure: The posted salary range reflects the designated pay grade for this position. While this range represents the broader classification of the role, actual compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s overall knowledge, skills, and experience, market data and industry benchmarks, internal equity within the organization, Budgetary considerations and organizational needs. As a result, placement within the range is not guaranteed, and the full pay grade range may not be utilized.
